> Flaim connects your real ESPN, Yahoo, and Sleeper fantasy leagues to the AI assistants you already use, so the advice is about your team instead of generic fantasy takes.

## What Flaim Is

Flaim is a free service that gives supported AI assistants read-only access to your real fantasy sports data. It supplies your roster, matchups, standings, available players, league rules, recent moves, and history so answers are about your league instead of generic rankings.

Flaim Fantasy is available in ChatGPT and Claude. Perplexity can connect through its current remote-connector settings.

## How to Connect

1. Create a Flaim account at https://flaim.app
2. Connect your fantasy leagues at https://flaim.app/leagues:
   - ESPN: Install the Chrome extension to sync private ESPN leagues
   - Yahoo: Sign in with Yahoo from /leagues and wait for league discovery
   - Sleeper: Enter your exact username and wait for league discovery
3. Connect your AI app, authorize Flaim, and ask "What fantasy leagues do I have?" to confirm setup:
   - ChatGPT: Open Flaim Fantasy in ChatGPT
   - Claude: Find Flaim Fantasy in Claude's connector directory
   - Perplexity: Follow the remote-connector instructions on the AI Apps page

Optional manual connector paths use the same server URL after leagues are connected: https://api.flaim.app/mcp

After connecting, Your Leagues is where users can add leagues, sync seasons, and choose optional defaults.

ESPN doesn't offer a public API for private fantasy league data. For private ESPN leagues, the Chrome extension syncs the session details Flaim needs for read-only access.
